The Omega Canopy


We design, manufacture and supply our own canopy components for our own canopy design.

After many years, during which time we have supplied and installed canopies we have designed our own canopy. We believe that our long experience of selling and installing carports, canopies and verandas has enabled us to design a flexible, value-for-money range of canopies.
 
Our aim is to provide a simple-to-install canopy in a wide range of readily available sizes that is also flexible enough to meet the specific needs of each customer.
 
Canopy Design
 
The component design has sought to provide a structurally robust structure, simple installation and value-for-money. The canopy has been designed from scratch so that it is a fully integrated design.
 
        The structural framework is constructed from extruded structural T6 aluminium and powder coated 
           to provide long-lasting robust components.
        The structural aluminium frame is powder-coated in polyester and is available in (2) colours:
           White (Hipca White) and Brown (RAL8016 – Mahogany Brown)
        Lean-To Canopies project upto 4.5m.
        Integrated gutter can be connected to existing rainwater guttering/downpipes.
        The canopy can be powder coated in any colour required if specified.
        The polycarbonate roofing sheets are made from 16mm thick structural polycarbonate. This is available in 3 colours; clear, bronze and opal.
        The roof panels can be supplied with :
           Glass Clear Plate Polycarbonate panels
           6mm Toughened Glass

This structural component saves space and simplifies installation

The roof pitch can be varied between 5 and 20 degrees

This small component provides a significant increase in structural stiffness and lateral stability		  
     
Supporting Post Base
We recommend that all supporting posts are fixed onto a concrete pad and submerged in a 300mm cube of concrete		  
     
Lean-To canopy projects upto 4.5m
The canopy has been designed to safely provide a projection of 4.5m

I thought you would like to see a photo of the finished canopy you designed for us. I decided to install it myself and found it a very enjoyable job, the instructions were very clear with the helpful photos.

I finished just before the snow came and it was very handy to get the car under cover.
